Terms & Conditions — xx444 Platform Rules and User Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the xx444 website accessible at https://xx444.io and all associated services, features, games, and betting markets offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the xx444 Platform in any capacity.

• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for recreational purposes and are not doing so under coercion, compulsion, or as part of a professional gambling operation prohibited in your jurisdiction.

• You are not acting on behalf of another person. Account registration and use must be carried out personally by the Account holder.
• You have not previously had an xx444 Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

xx444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access betting markets, casino games, and all other xx444 services, you are required to register an Account. The following conditions govern registration:

• Each individual may hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not allow any third party to access your Account, place bets, or conduct Transactions on your behalf.
• You must choose a strong, unique password and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.

While xx444 takes all reasonable technical steps to maintain platform security, you acknowledge that no online system is entirely risk-free and that you bear responsibility for securing your personal device and access credentials.

All deposits on xx444 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposit Transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per Transaction. There is no upper deposit limit, although xx444 reserves the right to impose individual limits based on Account activity, risk assessment, or responsible gaming considerations.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Accepted methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the Platform.

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, you should contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
• xx444 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraud, money laundering, or other Prohibited Conduct.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is applied to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• First-time withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., National ID card, passport) and proof of payment method ownership before the withdrawal is released.
• xx444 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of verification completion, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Any active Bonus Funds in your Balance are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements have been met in full.
• xx444 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, Terms breach, or suspicious activity is suspected. In such cases, xx444 will notify the Player and may request additional documentation.

xx444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements and expiry periods are specified in the individual bonus terms. Failure to meet these requirements within the stated period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are issued for recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or systematically extract value from bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, hedging, or coordinated play will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in Account suspension.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Multiple Account holders attempting to claim the same bonus will have all associated Accounts reviewed.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the xx444 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately and should be read alongside these general conditions:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet you place before confirmation. xx444 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted.
• xx444 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an obvious pricing error, data feed failure, or event cancellation. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event without notice. xx444 shall not be liable for any bets that could not be placed due to a market suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xx444 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. xx444 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any of the following:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using xx444 to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, systematic hedging, multiple Account creation, or any other pattern designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players, team members, officials, or any party to influence the outcome of an event or game in a way that benefits betting positions held on xx444.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback on any deposit made to xx444 without first exhausting the dispute resolution process with xx444 support.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward xx444 staff or other Platform users.

Where Prohibited Conduct is established, xx444 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the Account Balance, report the activity to relevant authorities, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

All content on the xx444 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name xx444, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and betting market data — is the proprietary property of xx444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written permission from xx444.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the Platform.
• Use any xx444 branding, logos, or trade marks in any commercial context without authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of xx444 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by xx444.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xx444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from betting or casino game outcomes, regardless of any alleged Platform malfunction.
• Loss of funds due to unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or delays caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party network issues, or events outside xx444's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or statistics published on the Platform, which are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute advice.
• Tax obligations that may arise from your gambling winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable local tax laws.

xx444's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xx444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
